CYGNUS Radio Board
General Description
Wirefree CYGNUS is and 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4 radio board. It is a low power, wireless sensor network platform designed for harsh industrial and commercial environments. CYGNUS is designed to be very robust and connect easily to a wide variety of sensor and signal types found in industrial and commercial sensing applications. CYGNUS is designed for expansion and flexibility using a motherboard – daughterboard hardware architecture. The motherboard hosts the wireless radio processor, power regulation, GPIO signals (General Purpose Input / Output), standard peripherals and connects to various daughterboard implementations through signal bus expansion connectors.
