CYGNUS Industrial I/O Sensor Board
Description
The CYGNUS industrial I/O board is used to interface CYGNUS with standard analog and digital sensors and external systems. The I/O board connects to the bottom of CYGNUS via two 30 pin expansion connectors.

- Thermocouple CJC (cold junction compensation)

- 4 – multiplexed through I/O expander with interrupt
- 0 – 5 V default / 0 – 24 V option with installable voltage divider resistors
- Digital Outputs
- 8 – low side switch (external voltage driven)
- 2 – direct output option (jumper), ex. waveform generation
- 4 – Relay Outputs
- Screw-down terminal strip connectors for access to all analog and digital I/O and excitation voltages
