Production Monitoring
Wirefree’s Production Monitoring system for discrete manufacturing is designed to provide real-time product counts and evaluate process flow. By placing wireless sensors at strategic points in the manufacturing process, operations can quickly identify bottlenecks and interruptions, as well as production line inefficiencies. The system uses wireless sensors to track events in the manufacturing process providing management with the performance data it needs to monitor the quality of plant operations.
At its basic level, the Production Monitoring System is designed to provide real-time product count information. At a more in-depth level, the system can be configured to provide detailed information for each process, including individual process counts, scrap amount, blocked conditions, starved conditions and process down conditions.
Monitor Production Lines from Any Location
The Production Monitoring System is part of the Wirefree family of manufacturing products. It is a platform capable of monitoring production for one line, all lines in the plant, and all the production lines in the company. From one location, you can achieve real-time monitoring at the plant across the street or the plant in China. If there is a problem with production on any line, it can be detected quickly and addressed immediately.
